David’s background is uniquely rooted in finance and large-scale management. He spent over 9 years holding senior finance positions for the largest residential property managing agent in the UK, where his teams were responsible for producing and analysing thousands of service charge accounts for residential real estate spanning the entire country.

As both a professional Managing Agent and an experienced Residential Management Company (RMC) Director, David possesses real-life insight from every perspective - ensuring operations are always client-focused.

He blends all these skills and experiences to create the 'Property Black Box' approach: a system built to leverage his financial and operational rigour to navigate complexity and ensure financial stability for every client.

Stephen brings two decades of extensive technology leadership, including successfully delivering multi-million-pound projects for major industry leaders like ION Trading and HSBC in banking, and Global in media.

In his role as CIO, Stephen uses his deep technical experience and Agile Delivery expertise to master complexity. This forms the foundation of our 'Property Black Box' approach: our operational engine handles all the complex compliance, finance, and technical logistics internally, ensuring a simple, transparent experience for you.

He achieves this by constantly assessing and implementing modern solutions - from streamlined information systems, cybersecurity initiatives, and emerging AI capabilities - ensuring technology is always focused on delivering exceptional customer value.

As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA), he ensures that financial governance and rigorous accounting are at the core of all operations at Property Black Box.

Stephen’s extensive background includes eight years working with the largest residential property managing agent in the UK, where he developed a deep understanding of service charge accounts and regulatory finance.

He brings his passion for embracing best practices and driving results to the company, ensuring all financial processes are handled in an efficient and seamless way. This financial rigour is essential to the 'Property Black Box' approach, protecting our clients and enabling worry-free enjoyment of their homes.
