Our estate management service covers the ongoing care and management of private residential estates. These estates are often made up of freehold houses and may also include apartment buildings, private roads, landscaped areas, parking spaces, play areas, and other shared facilities.
We manage the communal areas that are not adopted by the local authority. This includes maintaining green spaces and gardens, play areas, private roads and footpaths, lighting, drainage, boundary features, and any shared amenities. Our role is to ensure the estate remains safe, well maintained, and pleasant for everyone who lives there.
As part of our estate management service, we organise regular maintenance and inspections, arrange repairs when needed, and appoint and manage specialist contractors. We also ensure the estate complies with relevant health and safety requirements, in line with best practice and industry standards. Where apartment blocks form part of the estate, we help ensure all elements of the development work together smoothly.
We also look after the financial and administrative side of estate management. This includes setting and managing budgets, collecting estate charges, arranging insurance where required, and dealing with residents’ enquiries or concerns in a clear and timely manner.
